If you're in the mood for some utterly fatuous drivel, look no further. Yes, documents relating to work done before the first Gulf War prove that Saddam was "as little as a year away" from building an atomic bomb in 2003, despite the fact that all of his nuclear facilities had been destroyed. Wibble...

Oh, I could be at it all day but here's just one point from many possibilities. You can't make atomic bombs out of yellowcake. You need a substantial quantity of large scale specialised manufacturing equipment to turn yellowcake into uranium suitable for making atomic weapons. These are not easily hidden facilities; they're bloody great industrial complexes.

Many people have looked very hard and have come to the inescapable conclusion that Saddam's Iraq did not have these facilities in 2003. (Iran, however, does.)
