You've got to love those Republicans and their commitment to freedom. In the United States it is now illegal to post annoying messages (via) on the internet without disclosing your identity.

In other words, a controversial political blogger who prefers to remain annonymous for personal reasons could be found guilty of an offence and could face up to two years in jail if a court ruled that their output was "annoying".

Freedom is on the march. Unfortunately, it's not marching in the right direction.

Now, can anyone explain how the Republicans commitment to "small government" works? My understanding of it is obviously flawed in some way.
