I've read a couple of posts today which really made me sit up and take notice. Both are about the media and our reactions to the stories they cover.
Are we paying attention? on Bloggerheads and It's about oil, stupid on Where there Were No Doors.
In my opinion it's worth taking the time to read them both.
After you've done that, ask yourself which of these two news stories will get the most coverage in the next 24 hours in the UK and US media:
